After installing Party Poker's software you must double click their icon to see this login page. At the bottom of the login page you will notice a "Sign Up - Open Account" button. Click it. 
The "Open Account" page appears. After you have filled in the personal information, you can type in your bonus code you chose earlier in the "Sign Up Bonus Code" field.
